About Josh

Hi, I’m Josh, and I run JM Digital Services.

I’ve always had a passion for technology, be that building computers, troubleshooting problems, or creating websites that help businesses grow.
What started out as a hobby in my teenage years grew into a service where I use my skills to help people, small businesses, and community organisations work more smoothly and confidently with tech.

I’ve been building websites since 2013, from small personal projects to full business websites that are clean, modern, and easy for clients to update themselves. I enjoy keeping things simple – no jargon, no hard sells, just solutions that work.

Where My Experience Comes From

I have multiple years of experience at IT companies where I learned to:

  • Build and repair computers
  • Configure networks and software
  • Follow strong data security practices
  • Support clients calmly and clearly – even when they’re stressed!

During lockdown, I volunteered with a local food bank and helped them set up and manage their systems using my IT skills. I helped create digital processes, and support the team with tech – all voluntary and part of helping the community during a difficult time.

Qualifications

I have also studied at university, completing a Business and Management degree in 2020 along with a Level 5 Diploma in Business and Leadership. These qualifications help me look at websites and tech not just from a technical perspective – but in terms of helping a business run better, communicate clearly, and grow. Currently, I am still learning and acquiring more qualifications.

Outside of Work

I like to stay active, I enjoy running, keeping fit, doing DIY projects and repairing electronics in my spare time. I also follow Formula 1 and have an interest in the financial markets; I enjoy learning how systems and decisions shape the world (very similar to how computers and businesses run, really).
